John Beck has been around for ages. He is right up there with Carleton Sheets, the other real estate guru. John Beck sells a course called Free and Clear which deals with the complicated world of tax deeds and liens.

When you order the course you will receive the information that John talks about on his infomercial but unless you have extensive experience in tax liens and county regulations it will be difficult for you to understand. It is also a requirement that you travel to the various states and counties personally to take part in the various auction processes. This is a major drawback and the odds of getting a house or property Free and Clear are less than 1% at best.

Soon after buying this course I received a call from a very persistant gentleman who wanted to help me get my Free and Clear business started on the right track. For this he offered me different options that would cost between $2000 and $10,000. I chose not to take part in any of these backend add-ons.

John Beck knows thatTax Liens and Deeds have different rules and regulations that vary from state to state and even from county to county. Knowing the different rules and percentages can be a full time study. If one lives in Florida they can often pickup 10-18 percent on their investments. These are well attended events with not only locals but agents that make it their business to buy up tax liens for re-sale.

In speaking with people who did pay this money, none were happy with the results they achieved. Although Tax Lien Certificates offer some nice returns on your money, all this information can be found free and clear on the internet.
