Six Figure Income (SFI)-Gerry Carson

SFI or Six Figure Income (as it is also known) is owned and operated by Gerry Carson. It's basically an affiliate program that is free to join but to stay active it will cost you a minimum of $29 a month. For this you have access to over 1 million products at one large super mall. For your $29 a month you receive a website, motivational and business information and a chance to recruit others into an easy to understand compensation plan. So far it doesn't sound too bad. Here's what happened to me:

A close marketing friend of mine in Australia phoned me to tell me how easy it was going to be for me to make $4000 a month with SFI (Six Figure Income). He explained that all I needed was to get 10 people to a certain level and that would make me a Group Leader. The Group Leader's minimum pay, including bonuses was $4000 a month. I immediately got onboard and quickly built my group to within 2 people of becoming Group Leader. This took approximately 4 months.

Well all good things must come to an end….

I received a call from Australia informing me that Gerry Carson and SFI were changing the compensation plan and now it was much harder to achieve a Group Leader status. Overnight, my commissions fell from $2700 to $230. Long standing members from all over the world had their commission payments cut. One Group Leader in Perth, Australia got into a drunken rage and murdered his fiancée and then hung himself in his jail cell. This man had been on the phone with me 10 days before terrible thing happened. He was very upset and not certain what he was going to do because this was supposed to be his retirement plan.

If there's one thing I've found in Internet Marketing, it's that nothing stays the same for long. Everything on the net can change so quickly it can become very frustrating at times. Just when you think you've got everything rolling nicely....boom the company and/or product up and walks away.  I'll say one thing for SFI and the Six Figure Income group:

They are still around!
